Oriental Grove publishes English translations of classical Chinese texts — including I Ching (易经) and Liu Yao (六爻) classics — along with reference cards and interactive study tools.

2. Digital Products & License

• All products are delivered as digital downloads (PDF, PNG, HTML, or EPUB files). No physical goods are shipped.
• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, and print the purchased materials for your own personal study and use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or commercially exploit the digital files, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and are payable through our secure payment processor (Creem).
• Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout according to your location and are handled by our Merchant of Record.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment, typically via an email with download links or an instant download page. If you do not receive your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once downloaded. However, if you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute our digital files, or share your download links with others.
• Use our materials to misrepresent them as your own work.
